KIPP New Orleans Schools
KIPP New Orleans Schools entrusted K. Allen Consulting to facilitate diversity, equity, and inclusion training for 100 new team members during their first day of orientation. Leveraging our expertise and Krystal’s background in education, we delivered an impactful session designed to connect with participants on a personal level while fostering organizational growth.

Our training moved beyond the traditional scope of DEI discussions by addressing diverse dimensions of inclusion and equity. The session helped participants build awareness of unseen challenges and provided actionable strategies to address them effectively. K. Allen Consulting™ had the incredible opportunity to work with Spiegelworld, a trailblazer in the entertainment industry, providing capacity-building support to their leadership team. We proud to have been able to dedicate over $100,000 annually to support community-driven initiatives. We also financially contribute to more than 25 nonprofit organizations and causes, extending our support through material resources and pro bono services to amplify their missions. Beyond this, we have empowered over 30 small business owners—particularly women, Black, Brown, and veteran entrepreneurs—by providing free business coaching to help them advance and grow their businesses.
